Registration starts at the same date as applications for undergraduate degree programs and usually ends two days before the respective test date.

Are you applying directly to Freie Universität Berlin?
You can register if you have created an online application for the desired subject, selected "Yes" under "Registration for the language test" and submitted the application. The application must be visible in your Freie Universität Berlin's application account. After submitting the application, it can take 1-2 working days for the registration login to work. It is best to register using a computer, not a smartphone or tablet.
