It is not possible to take two language modules in any one semester. You must complete the modules in the following order:

• Oral Skills and Writing Skills 1 (OWS1)
• Oral Skills and Writing Skills 2 (OWS2)
• Mediating Skills

This means…

• For Elementary Education students, you can only take OWS1 Plus after you have passed OWS1.
• For English Language and Literature and North American Studies students, you can only take OWS2 after you have passed OWS1.
• For English Language and Literature students, you can only take Mediating Skills after you have passed both OWS1  and OWS2.
