Tandem Online Application Form

Your registration for our Tandem Programme is valid only for the current semester. At the beginning of each semester, a new database is created and a new registration is required.

On May 25, 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) took effect. It strengthens the rights of the individual user. As one of the official websites of Freie Universität Berlin we refer to the privacy policy of Freie Universität Berlin. Please read in particular point 10, “Rights of individuals”.

Personal data

Please ensure that your email address is spelled correctly. Otherwise, we will not be able to contact you in the event of a tandem placement.

(The nationality is only important for us in relation to the language, for example if you are speaking a certain Spanish, Arabic, English etc. dialect).

Information on your studies

Although the Tandem Programme is intended for students and members of the Berlin Universities, anyone who is of legal age may attend.

(Please answer in detail. It is important, in order to find a tandem partner that suits you.)

Tandem preferences

Please indicate only one target language. If you wish to find a tandem partner for more than one language, please fill in one form per language. After sending off this first form, you will just have to modify the target language; all other information will be maintained.

Please rate your language skills in the target language on a scale of A1 to C2
